We hired a transfer service for three days in Mendoza and we were lucky to count on Marcelo as the driver. He was simply impeccable! Very polite, friendly and extremely professional. He led us to all the tours combined with total punctuality and even made excellent suggestions, such as a tasting of olives and visits to wine shops, showing that he really knows the region and knows how to provide incredible experiences. The car was super comfortable, which made all the difference in travel. In addition, Marcelo was always attentive, helpful and available, making our trip much easier and special. We had a simply wonderful experience with the Transfer Service and tours offered by Marcelo and Denise in Mendoza. From our journey from the airport to the Uco Valley, everything was done with great care, punctuality and affection. The car was super comfortable, clean, always with ice water available — little details that make all the difference. They were very attentive throughout the trip, always explaining each point with knowledge and sensitivity, leaving us super at ease. We visited amazing wineries with their company, and even had an unforgettable tour of the mountains, with trail and many wonderful landscapes. It was a complete experience! In mid-March, we hired Mendoza Wine Transfers agency to visit Wineries in Maipu. We went to “Sin Fin” and “Los Haroldos” with Denise, who was attentive and attentive to details throughout. ¿Los traslados son privados o compartidos?

Nuestros servicios son 100% privados y exclusivos. No compartís el vehículo con desconocidos. La unidad y el conductor están dedicados únicamente a vos y a tu grupo.

¿El servicio incluye el tiempo de espera en las bodegas?

¡Claro que sí! Nuestros traslados están pensados para que disfrutes sin reloj. El chofer te espera durante las visitas, degustaciones y almuerzos.

¿Qué incluye cada opción de servicio?

Ofrecemos dos modalidades para adaptarnos a tu viaje:

1️⃣ SOLO TRANSPORTE: Traslado ida y vuelta con vehículo a disposición (aprox. 8 hs), chofer guía, combustible, agua mineral y amenidades. No incluye entradas, visitas ni comidas.
2️⃣ ALL INCLUSIVE (Mínimo 2 personas): Gestión integral de reservas (sujetas a disponibilidad), aranceles de visita, degustaciones, almuerzo maridado y todo el servicio de transporte mencionado arriba.

¿Puedo armar mi propio itinerario?

Esa es la idea. Si bien te asesoramos sobre las mejores rutas, vos elegís las bodegas. Nosotros nos encargamos de que la logística sea perfecta.

¿Desde dónde inician los traslados y cuál es la cobertura?

Brindamos servicio Puerta a Puerta. Te buscamos por tu hotel o domicilio en Ciudad de Mendoza, Chacras de Coria, Maipú y zonas aledañas. También realizamos Pick-up en el Aeropuerto (consultar posibles cargos adicionales según el horario o zona de destino).

¿Cómo puedo abonar el servicio y qué medios aceptan?

Para confirmar la reserva de cualquier unidad, solicitamos una seña del 20% del valor total. El saldo restante (80%) se abona indefectiblemente al iniciar los servicios.

Aceptamos efectivo (USD/ARS), transferencia bancaria, Mercado Pago y Western Union. Consultar por otros medios de pago disponibles al momento de la reserva.

¿Cuál es la política de cancelación o cambios en la reserva?

Ofrecemos cancelación sin cargo con un aviso previo de 96 horas. Debido a que muchas bodegas exigen 72 horas para modificaciones, este margen nos permite gestionar los cambios en tu itinerario de forma efectiva y sin penalizaciones.
