Are the transfers private or shared?

Our services are 100% private and exclusive. You will not share the vehicle with strangers. Both the unit and the driver are dedicated solely to you and your group.

Does the service include waiting time at the wineries?

Absolutely! Our transfers are designed so you can enjoy your day without checking the clock. Your driver will wait for you during all winery visits, tastings, and lunches.

¿Qué incluye cada opción de servicio?

Ofrecemos dos modalidades para adaptarnos a tu viaje:

1️⃣ SOLO TRANSPORTE: Traslado ida y vuelta con vehículo a disposición (aprox. 8 hs), chofer guía, combustible, agua mineral y amenidades. No incluye entradas, visitas ni comidas.
2️⃣ ALL INCLUSIVE (Mínimo 2 personas): Gestión integral de reservas (sujetas a disponibilidad), aranceles de visita, degustaciones, almuerzo maridado y todo el servicio de transporte mencionado arriba.

Can I create my own itinerary?

That’s the idea! While we can advise you on the best routes, you choose the wineries. We take care of making sure the logistics are perfect.

¿Desde dónde inician los traslados y cuál es la cobertura?

Brindamos servicio Puerta a Puerta. Te buscamos por tu hotel o domicilio en Ciudad de Mendoza, Chacras de Coria, Maipú y zonas aledañas. También realizamos Pick-up en el Aeropuerto (consultar posibles cargos adicionales según el horario o zona de destino).

¿Cómo puedo abonar el servicio y qué medios aceptan?

Para confirmar la reserva de cualquier unidad, solicitamos una seña del 20% del valor total. El saldo restante (80%) se abona al momento de iniciar los servicios sin excepciones.

Aceptamos efectivo (USD/ARS), transferencia bancaria, Mercado Pago y Western Union. Consultar por otros medios de pago disponibles al momento de la reserva.

¿Cuál es la política de cancelación o cambios en la reserva?

Ofrecemos cancelación sin cargo con un aviso previo de 96 horas. Debido a que muchas bodegas exigen 72 horas para modificaciones, este margen nos permite gestionar los cambios en tu itinerario de forma efectiva y sin penalizaciones.
