Are the transfers private or shared?
Our services are 100% private and exclusive. You will not share the vehicle with strangers. The vehicle and the driver are dedicated solely to you and your group.
Does the service include waiting time at the wineries?
Yes, the service includes waiting time at each winery or restaurant in your itinerary. Our driver will be available and waiting for you until you finish each visit or meal, ensuring a stress-free experience.
What is included in each service option?
Each service includes private transportation in modern vehicles, a professional driver, fuel, and passenger insurance. We offer two options to suit your trip:
1️⃣ TRANSPORTATION ONLY: Round-trip transfer with a vehicle at your disposal (approx. 8 hours), driver-guide, fuel, mineral water, and amenities. Does not include entry fees, tours, or meals.
2️⃣ ALL INCLUSIVE (Minimum 2 people): Full booking management (subject to availability), entry fees, tastings, wine-paired lunch, and all the transportation services mentioned above.

Can I create my own itinerary?
Absolutely! While we offer suggested routes for Maipú, Luján de Cuyo, and Uco Valley, we are completely flexible. You can choose the wineries you wish to visit, and we will handle the logistics and transportation.
Where do the transfers start and what is the coverage area?
We pick up passengers from any hotel, Airbnb, or private address in Mendoza City, Chacras de Coria, Maipú, and Luján de Cuyo. For pickups or drop-offs in Uco Valley, please consult us for specific rates.
How can I pay for the service and what payment methods are accepted?
To confirm the reservation of any vehicle, we require a 20% deposit of the total value. The remaining balance (80%) must be paid at the beginning of the services.
We accept cash (USD/ARS), bank transfer, Mercado Pago, and Western Union. Please consult us for other available payment methods at the time of booking.

What is the cancellation and reservation change policy?
We offer free of charge cancellation with a 96-hour advance notice. Since many wineries require 72 hours for modifications, this timeframe allows us to effectively manage changes to your itinerary without penalties.
